Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unused and in their original condition
• In the original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened:

• Skincare products (serums, creams, oils)
• Oral care items (toothbrushes, whitening kits)
• Personal grooming devices that have been used

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@ohsaya.com with photos of the issue. We will make it right.
